Our billing is based on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then pause, your billing stops. You'll still have 10 days left to use whenever you need them in the future.

Some common ways clients request services is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, wireframs, or even a recording of a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically, if it can be linked to or share in Trello, it's fair game.
